Have

or a language function (or something else). If you find some activities
you like, you can register and download them.
Alternatively, explore Scott Thornbury's blog, An A-Z of ELT (English Language Teaching). Choose some topics of interest and read or listen to what Scott has to say about them.

I have looked through the content of the worksheets on iSL Collective and found that:
ReplyDelete1. I am satisfied with the wide range of worksheets avalaible on iSL Collective. It provides me with those on many aspects of English teaching, from grammar, vocabulary, reading, and even to ESP like Business English. If you are teaching English and are looking the sheets to go with the topic you teach, try stop by iSL Collective, I think you can find the helpful one. So, in terms of the range of sheets, I will give it an A.
2. Anyway, you'll see that all of those sheets are produced by different authors. If you wanna use it in your class, don't forget to check the correctness of the language. What I also like is that it shows the number of the people who have download it, so you can check the popularity of each one. If I have to grade the quality of the sheets provided, I'll give it an A-.
3. My favorite worksheet can be Weired Art by silvialefevre. It is the one that goes very well with my reading class. The reason I love it is that the content is interesting and catchy. I think the students will have fun reading the information about each piece of weird artwork such as the figures or the sculptures made from bananas. I will divide the content into parts, let the students work in small groups, assign each member of the group to read each part and share it with their partners.
I choose the iSL collective website because it have many type of material in several topics such as game, worksheet and pronunciation exercise. So, I will give it the rate of range as 9/10 because of variety of worksheets.
ReplyDeleteAnother is rate the quality of worksheets, I will give 8/10 because I used to bring the worksheet from this site, it also has the answer key but the some answers are incorrect. I think teacher should recheck the correction of the worksheet by themselves together (do not absolutely sure the answer without the evidence).
The best worksheet I found was the conditional sentences game, it was a worksheet about conditional word cards for matching game between If clause and Main clause. I think it explained conditional sentences clearly and it is enjoyable.
The worksheets on the site are various.I like writing worksheets.These are very useful worksheet to introduce writing skills.As I know, writing is sometimes a bit complex for our students.My students maybe enjoyable and interesting.The worksheet is a great resource for my students. It was designed for improving my class' Writing skills. The quality of worksheets available on the site so good.Today I have teaching activity presentation to my class. I choose about appearance and character topic to teaching for class.I use worksheets on this website to sharing because these worksheets are useful and suitable for my lesson.

Thus there are variety of work sheet that I would like to take all 4 skills to apply for the suitable in the classroom. Therefore the isl collective is the best one to choose to get the prop to practise many students get to know about the various about English knowledge so good. Moreover the isl collective helps teachers to prepare the English teaching so well .

There are many materials. Both worksheets and power point.I think rate of range as 9/10 because of variety of worksheets and 3/5 for the rate of quality. I have technique to teach students. My opinion the ISL Collective is a wonderful website for the teachers. Because it is a community of language. It has many part and many material that can download easily such as VDO, grammar, vocabulary, worksheet, power point, slide, etc. that can use in my lesson, I think sometimes some material cannot use in my class because of them have short content. I think rate it for 9/10 because it has a lot of worksheets but the quality I rate it for 7/10
ReplyDeleteThe best worksheet that I’ve found was “Phonetics and Reading: [w], [ð], [ɛə]” I will use it for my student and they will use very happy doing it. This worksheet is a good way to practice reading the words with the same sounds but which are differently written. It also helps students to practice word order in sentences and questions. It trains the intonation of English sentences, too. It very convenient and useful.
In my opinion I think iSL collective website is very useful for me and my students. I found many interesting trending topic for I can choose it's in my lesson example reading comprehension ,grammar,writing, food and others and each of topic there are various of activities game worksheet. So, I will give it the rate of range as 9/10 because there are many interesting and useful topic. Another is rate the quality of worksheets. ReplyDeleteAfter I explored iSL Collective website I feel it is so good for me. It's different from any other website that I have ever used for my teaching.It has many types of resources such as printables, projectables, video lessons or upload. It has a lot of variety of handout. The range of worksheets that available on the site that should be very good.
ReplyDeleteAnd the quality of this website I think it's rather good. because some worksheet is not clear for me to explain my students to understand. Some topic has a few exercises. It's not enough for students to practice.
The best section That I like most is Grammar Practice. I found "A single Life" Video That teach Past Continuous and Past Simple Tense. It has video the show story and situation. It also has 10 multiple choice questions and has explanation in each question if students answer correct or incorrect.It is best suited for self study or use in class. The teacher can elicit response from students for each question. It also has a pre-task, pre-listening vocabulary used in the video.
I have looked at the ISL COLLECTIVE website I like this website there are many worksheet for the teacher who teach English and there are suitable for the students in my class there are interesting and many kind of activities.

I would rate the quality of worksheets available on the site is 9/10 it has many activities,the worksheet are suitable for the students in each level i can select the level for students it mean (pre -A1)-(C2) I think it can improve about English learning of Thai teachers and students in my class.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, I think iSL collective website is good because it provides many types of material in various topics such as worksheet in all skills ,powerpoint, games and video lesson. Moreover, it also provides in each level for Ss. So, I used it for a long time for my teaching. The range of worksheets that I will give it is 9/10.
ReplyDeleteFor the quality of worksheets, I will give 8/10 because I used to download and bring the worksheets from this site to teach my students. I found some mistakes of grammar point and some worksheet hasn’t answer key. So, the teacher should check before choose the material.
The best worksheet I found was past simple tense. it presented grammar structures in different ways such as using timeline to compare tenses and also has pictures and many exercises for students to practice. I think it suit for my students.

I give 90% for worksheets' quality available on the site .In this website There are many popular authors so I think it has many styles and quality so before teaching will select to download please have a look and check before use in class. And other one that I like it will show the most popular or the most download so you can see which printable is the most popular
3. The title of the best work sheet I was found. I like the video lesson Mr.Been Topic At the Doctors’. By MarishkaD July 10,2017. I like because while we are watching the video it has the questions and if we answer the wrong it will show us the explanation. There are variety of exercises. I think the students will enjoy with the lesson.

The great range of worksheets available on iSL consist of many aspects of English teaching such as grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and so on in sections of Printables, Projectables and Video Lesson. iSL Collective is a very helpful online resource which can be adapted to be used in the classroom appropriate to students’ levels. I give it an A.
2. A variety of interesting worksheets are produced by different authors. Students who usually use mobile devices can learn from it anytime, anywhere to improve their English. Moreover, the numbers of people who have download show popularity of each one. This helps us to make a decision before choosing it. I think the quality of the worksheets available should be graded an A.
3. The title of the best worksheet I found was Single Life (Past Simple vs Past Continuous Practice), Video Lesson: intermediate (B1) for high school. It provides the gap-filled worksheet. Learners can also do exercises on the screen while watching a film. It is a nice exercise with explanation. It is a short funny silent film (an animated actor) with more than 24,000 plays. I would highly recommend my students to explore other interesting titles outside the classroom after demonstrating it to the whole class.
